Lead Bartender | Agave Lounge

Seeking Experienced LEAD BARTENDER for Agave spirits forward beverage program

Candidate must possess the following key responsibilities, skills and qualifications:

- Management experience a plus

- Minimum (5) five years experience in a similar role

- Above average agave spirits knowledge as well as other spirits, beer and wine

- Train new bartenders, delegate tasks, mentor staff, and set a positive example

- Experience with opening & closing duties

- Manage cash/POS systems, handle transactions, report sales, and communicate with management and suppliers if and when needed

- Conduct inventory, order supplies, manage stock, set up/break down the bar, and maintain cleanliness

- Ability to create cocktails and curate a beverage program

- Ability to build and batch cocktails

- Understand the importance of costing goods

- Social Media Savvy

- Self Motivated with a take charge work ethic

- Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle complaints, build rapport, check IDs, and refuse service to intoxicated patrons
